Anti-Bullying Efforts and Policies

Serum has built in intelligence that identifies inappropriate language abuse as well as other "bullying" speech patterns, flags them and alerts our system administrators. Once alerted, our administrators either escalates the issue and suspends users or we contact the user to sort out the issue at hand. Unlike any other App, Serum lets users manage every single conversation giving them power to flag, report and even block abusive users from their threads and/or contacting them.
