Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, September 18, 2015 - Fundamental Applications Corp. (“Fundamental”) (CSE: FUN), a leading developer of innovative, millennial-targeted smartphone applications today announced the completion of its listing on the OTCQB Marketplace and the commencement of active trading.  The OTCQB is a US trading platform aimed at the venture market for entrepreneurial and development stage companies.  This announcement concludes the listing process announced by the company on June 25, 2015.

In addition to the new listing on the OTCQB, Fundamental is currently traded on the Canadian CSE exchange (symbol FUN) and the German Frankfurt exchange (symbol 2FA:GR).  The OTCQB was selected as the exchange of choice for this stage of expansion to allow US investors a simplified path to owning shares in Fundamental.

“Listing on the OTCQB is the completion of a major milestone towards broadening our potential investor audience,” commented Richard Whitehead, Chief Executive Officer of Fundamental Applications.  “The smartphone applications designed and deployed the companies in the Fundamental investment portfolio will make the biggest social impact in the United States as their launch plans are executed over the next 12 months.  In addition to providing a greater degree of liquidity, it just makes sense to help the US investment community own a piece of our growing company.”

The OTCQB trading symbol for Fundamental is FUAPF.
