Fundamental Applications Announces Private Placement

Vancouver, B.C. - (October 6, 2014) Fundamental Applications Corp. ("Fundamental") (CSE:FUN) announces a private placement to raise up to $800,000 (the "Offering") of up to 2,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.40 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one warrant exercisable to purchase one additional common share of Fundamental at a price of $0.75 per share for 12 months. Fundamental will pay a finder's fee in connection with the Offering equivalent to 7%, payable in cash and finder warrants each exercisable to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.40 per share for 12 months. All securities issued under the private placement will be subject to a four-month hold period.
